Sneaky Fit Challenge Tips

Need some ideas about how to sneak extra exercise into your day? Here are some favorites from our Bloodscore Members:

  • Take the stairs: fewer than 10 flights? Commit to climb!
  • Use a stand up desk or sit on an exercise ball at your desk
  • Park in the farthest away spot and walk a little more
  • Take a walk during lunch
  • Walk and talk: Walk when talking on your phone or take a work meeting on foot
  • Do calf raises while you wait in line
  • Do squats while you brush your teeth
  • Do 10 pushups every morning
  • Hold a plank while your kids take a bath

Challenger Experiences

I committed to doing two things: taking the stairs up to my office and doing calf raises while brushing my teeth. It was no big deal, but my cholesterol was actually a little better at the end of the challenge. – Sandra
